We currently hire over 170 fantastic people from more than 15 countries. Our team is divided into 7 departments. You can learn more about each of them on our Careers page in 👉 Our Teams. Across the whole company, teamwork is ****organized in value streams, which means that groups of different teams work on similar topics to deliver a common goal (value) for our customers. Our Way of Work 🌍

Everyone at Tidio is part of something bigger. No matter your position, the results of your work are crucial to achieving the goals of others in the company. Your work and its quality affect not just your immediate team, but other departments too. So, even if you work in a specialized role, remember - you're not an island 😇

In our daily collaboration, we emphasize partnership. As an expert, you're responsible for what happens in your area – the results you deliver and the standards you uphold. We trust you by giving you a lot of autonomy in your work. At the same time, this freedom comes with responsibility, shown, for example, in how you handle flexible working hours or remote work (read below). For many, these are just perks. For us, they're more than that – they are tools that allow us to collaborate more effectively, keeping the interests of all parties involved in mind.

How do you approach flexible hours?

Tidio is a remote-first company. We occasionally meet in our offices or at team/company reunions, but day-to-day, we operate in this reality with flexible hours. What does it mean in practice?

Let’s imagine you ask us during the recruitment process if you can start work at 11:00 a.m. In reply, we’ll ask you to think about how that aligns with your goals 😇 How does it affect your team and others you work with? Maybe there's a recurring meeting every Monday at 9:00 a.m. that involves several people where your presence is crucial—for you and for them.

Our work style emphasizes the bigger picture and collective interests rather than seeking permission. In practice, most people start work between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., but it varies by role and who you collaborate with. With team members across Europe and the Americas, flexibility is essential, sometimes requiring late or early meetings to accommodate different time zones. Both early and late work schedules are acceptable.
